HONEY CITRUS COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

4 ounces Fruit vodka 2 teaspoons honey 4 ounces fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 2 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice Sugar rim

 

RASPBERRY LIMONCELLO PROSECCO

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups prosecco, chilled 1 cup limoncello liqueur, chilled 1 cup frozen raspberries 6 sprigs fresh mint

 

THE LOVE POTION COCKTAIL

FOR THE BLACKBERRY SYRUP 1/3 cup blackberries, plus 8 more for garnish 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup sugar FOR THE COCKTAIL 1 bottle of prosecco or champagne FOR THE GARNISH 4 sprigs of thyme

 

PINK SEÑORITA

INGREDIENTS:

2 ozTequila 4 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice 1 oz Simple Syrup Splash of Cranberry Juice Fresh Mint

 

BLUSHING WHISKEY SOUR

INGREDIENTS:

3 blackberries 2 ounces Simple Lemon Syrup 1 ounce Bushmills Irish Whiskey Crushed Ice

 

TOASTED COCONUT WHITE RUSSIAN

INGREDIENTS:

about 5 ice cubes 1 ounce vodka 1.5 ounces coffee liqueur 2 ounces Silk Toasted Coconut and Cashew Nutchello 1 teaspoon toasted coconut for garnish (optional)

 

ELDERFLOWER GIN & TONICS

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz St. George Botanivore Gin 6 oz Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic 2 pink grapefruit slices a few juniper berries rosemary sprig

 

CRANBERRY GINGER FIZZ

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup water 1 cup fresh cranberries 1 lemon, cut into wedges 1/2 orange, cut into slices 1 1/2 cups dry gin - Bombay Sapphire, Beefeater or Tangueray suggested 1 cup chilled Ginger Ale (or Ginger Beer for a more pronounced ginger flavor) 4 mint sprigs

 

GRAPEFRUIT WHISKEY SOUR

INGREDIENTS:

3 ounces whiskey Cold Grapefruit Soda Lemon wedges Ice

 

CHARLESTON PINK LADY

INGREDIENTS:

3 Jiggers Gin 1 1/2 Jiggers Heavy Cream 1 Jigger Applejack 1 Teaspoon Grenadine (I recommend using Jack Rudy Cocktail's Grenadine) Handful of ice

 

SPARKLING RASPBERRY LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS:

4 ounces chilled Brut Champagne or sparkling wine, cork just popped 2 ounces raspberry lemonade, pulp strained out if desired Fresh raspberries, sprinkled with white granulated sugar

 

GRAPEFRUIT & MINT MOJITO

INGREDIENTS:

2 sprigs fresh mint leaves (about 8 leaves) 2 oz rum 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice 1/2 oz lime juice Ice 1 oz club soda Grapefruit wedge or wheel for garnish
